Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for missed lessons. PLEASE NOTE: You are paying to reserve a specific day and time for you lessons. You are not paying for a specific number of lessons. Therefore, if you cancel your lesson, DAMA does not owe you a lesson and we can not guarantee that we will be available to reschedule your lesson if you cancel. All rescheduled lessons must be taken within 30 days. If your teacher must cancel we will do our best to provide a guest teacher. If we can not provide a guest teacher and we must cancel your lesson, you will be credited for that lesson. If you choose not to take the lesson with the guest teacher, you will not be credited for the missed lesson. You are paying to reserve a specific day and time. You are not paying for a specific number of lessons. Therefore, if you cancel your lesson, we do not owe you a lesson and we can not guarantee that we will be able to reschedule your lesson if you cancel. All rescheduled lessons must be taken within 30 days.
