In order to help us understand how to communicate and teach the most effectively,  it would be helpful to learn more about the student since things change each year. 

During the current semester, what extra-curricular activities will the student be participating in? (Example, Soccer, dance, gymnastics, theater, religion classes, band, cheer, football, voice lessons, etc. 

Please also let us know approximately how much time those activities take each week. 

Please add any information about the student that would helps us teach in a manner that relates best to the student. (Example, any learning challenges, social difficulties, gifted program, etc. )

HOW TO PAY INVOICES

You will receive your first invoice the first week of the month following your child's first lesson. Your first invoice will include the lessons the student took during the previous month plus the upcoming lessons in the current month.  Future invoices are billed the first week of the month for the upcoming lessons in that month. 

The annual materials/prizes/recitals fee is included on each monthly invoice from Sept.- May.

Individual students =$8 per month  Family = $12 per month

Invoices are sent via email.  For a discounted rate, you may pay with a check or by using Venmo. The ID is: @DenverAma

You may also use the link in the invoice to pay with any major credit card.  

We appreciate payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice. A late payment fee of $10 is charged if the invoice is not paid by the end of the month.
